The Role
\n\nSupporting the internal HR function, you will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding through to offboarding, as well as benefits administration, HR data management and project support. Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, this is a varied, hands-on position that will give you real breadth of exposure within a professional services setting.
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\nOnboarding new starters, including right-to-work checks and documentation; maintaining accurate employee records in Workday; managing benefits administration and handling employee queries; preparing leaver documentation and coordinating exit processes; supporting the biannual performance review and annual engagement survey; and assisting with policy and handbook updates.
\n\n\n\n
About You
\n\nYou will be degree-educated with some prior HR administration or coordination experience, ideally gained within a professional or financial services environment. You will have working knowledge of UK employment law, strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach. Experience with Workday is a bonus but not essential.
