We are looking for a reliable office assistant to work in our decorating/building department candidate main tasks are to answer the telephone take messages and details of customer jobs that come in write down and log them then to give details to our building / decorating staff in the office or to telephone them with job details other duties to assist the general building manager with photo copying light office duties any other help when asked to candidate will need good customer service skills and work well within a team.
