Customer Liaison Officer, Sheffield
Temp to Perm - Part time positions (FTE 37.5 hours).
8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday,
8am - 6pm Friday
Saturday 8am - 2pm

What makes a great Customer Liaison Officer?
The role requires you to have the ability to proactively engage with customers with arrears to secure payment, or where circumstances dictate, negotiate repayment plans with those in financial difficulty. You will carry out regulated collections and debt recovery procedures in accordance with company policy and procedures, ensuring that collections targets are met.
The ideal candidate will be a strong Team Player who strives to achieve targets, they will be customer focused and results focused. A confident and assertive person is key to be successful in this position. They need professional, and flexible employees to be part of the team. You will be articulate, courteous, assertive, resilient and empathetic.
