Our client is a leading t building and facilities management companies are looking for talented Project Managers (client side)\nThe M&E Project Manager will act as the client’s technical representative, responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects from feasibility through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The role ensures that M&E systems are delivered on time, within budget, compliant, safe, and fit for purpose, while protecting the client’s interests.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Technical Management\nLead and manage all M&E aspects of projects on behalf of the client\nDefine the M&E project brief, performance requirements, and employer’s requirements\nReview and manage M&E designs to ensure compliance with:\nClient standards\nStatutory regulations\nSustainability and energy targets\nCoordinate M&E integration with architectural, structural, and operational requirements\nConsultant & Contractor Management\nAppoint, manage, and monitor M&E consultants, designers, and contractors\nReview technical submissions, specifications, drawings, and calculations\nChair and attend M&E progress meetings\nEnsure consultants and contractors meet contractual obligations\nCost, Programme & Risk Control\nDevelop and monitor M&E budgets, cost plans, and cash flows\nReview and manage variations, value engineering, and change control\nMonitor M&E programmes and critical paths\nIdentify and mitigate technical and commercial risks\nConstruction & Site Oversight\nMonitor site progress and quality of M&E works\nEnsure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and approved designs\nResolve technical issues, clashes, and interface problems\nWitness factory and site acceptance tests as required\nCommissioning, Handover & Close-Out\nManage M&E commissioning strategies and procedures\nEnsure successful testing, commissioning, and certification\nOversee O&M manuals, as-built drawings, asset data, and training\nSupport smooth handover to facilities management and operations teams\nStakeholder & Client Liaison\nAct as the main M&E point of contact for internal and external stakeholders\nProvide clear technical advice to non-technical stakeholders\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems\nExcellent project management and coordination skills\nCommercial awareness and contract administration knowledge\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nIn return our client offer excellent rates and great career prospects
