Studio Assistant

No Regrets is looking for a Front of House assistant for their studio in Cheltenham. Established in 2009, our aim is to create the best possible customer experience in our bespoke, custom tattoo studios.

The Job:

To prepare the studio for the day; including cleaning of the studio and tattoo equipment, topping up supplies and ensuring the space is ready for our customers. Upkeep of the studio throughout the working day.

Assisting with all customer enquiries, through telephone, email and face-to-face. This includes consultations and customer bookings, liaising with artists to ensure the right information is passed to the customer.

Ensuring the customer journey is the best it can be; from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. Our customers are number one priority, so we want to make sure they are comfortable and happy at all times.

Taking payments from customers and calculating artist splits.

Building good relationships with the artists. Managing diaries and pushing sales to keep all artists fully booked.

Proactively looking for any potential maintenance issues with the studio and reporting them.

Dealing with daily emails to the studio, passing any important information on the the relevant manager. Assisting the Studio Manager with any tasks as necessary.

About You:

You won't need studio experience as we will give you full training, but let us know if you have any.

You'll need to be great with people, able to deal with lots of things at once and unshakeable in a crisis. Customer service experience is a must, as our clients are the most important part of our business. You need to be easy going and happy to get stuck in with every aspect of running the studio, flexibility to cover while the Manager is on holiday will be required. You'll need to be good with numbers as you'll be handling money every day. Obviously an interest in tattoos is important, we are a company of creatives.
